Would you love to create Textured Abstract Art?

Art isn't only for those that can do intricate drawings etc. Art is to be enjoyed, working with your hands and having the freedom to express yourself. Using your Intuition and just feel inspired.

I love working with texture as it's not always predictable, I put texture on a canvas and then the next day when I begin to paint it things pop up! When you apply colour into and under the texture some interesting things appear.

​

You can see what and then make a focal point or begin with an end in mind.

​

In this Workshop which will be 2 sessions in total as we need to wait on the texture to dry.

​

Day 1: We will discuss the possibilities, the tools, the additional items you can stick on and into the texture.

​

Day 2: We will begin painting the layers, beginning with a dark background then working lighter and ligher. You will have a beautiful piece of Art to take home and be proud of.

​

A canvas of 25x25cm approx will be provided as well as all the additional tools, feel free to bring items you wish to include in your Artwork. Personal items or something to make it really have a meaning for you.
